If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
FlowMindLabs AI provides an AI-powered workflow automation platform that allows users to design, run, and optimize automated workflows. The Service includes a visual workflow builder, AI-powered nodes, integrations with third-party services, analytics, and related features. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with reasonable notice where appropriate.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) upload, store, or transmit content that infringes the rights of others; (c) attempt to access data not intended for you; (d) interfere with or disrupt the Service; (e) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service; (f) use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications; (g) use the Service to build a competing product; or (h) resell or sublicense the Service without our written consent.
You retain ownership of all data and content you submit to the Service ("Your Content"). You grant FlowMindLabs AI a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, process, and store Your Content solely as needed to provide and improve the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to submit Your Content and that it does not violate any law or third-party right.
The Service may generate output using AI models. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any AI-generated output before relying on it. We make no guarantee that AI-generated output is accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose. You agree not to use AI-generated output in a manner that violates any law or the rights of others.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time; changes take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. We may change our fees with at least 30 days notice. Overages beyond your plan limits are billed at the rates shown in your dashboard.
We may offer a free trial of paid plans. Trials are limited to one per organization and last for the period specified at sign-up. At the end of the trial, your plan will automatically convert to the paid plan you selected unless you cancel before the trial ends. We may modify or discontinue trial offerings at any time.
Enterprise customers receive a 99.99% uptime SLA. If we fail to meet this SLA, you may be eligible for service credits as described in your Enterprise agreement. The SLA does not apply to issues caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including third-party AI providers or integrations you have configured.
The Service, including its design, features, and underlying software, is owned by FlowMindLabs AI and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks, service marks, or branding. We welcome feedback, but any feedback you provide may be used by us without restriction or compensation.
You may close your account at any time from your settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, if your account is inactive for more than 12 months, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. We will retain Your Content for 30 days after termination to allow you to export it, after which it will be deleted.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. AI-generated output may be inaccurate and should not be relied upon without independent review. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlowMindLabs AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which FlowMindLabs AI is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in that jurisdiction, except where prohibited by local consumer protection laws.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice in the Service at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
